The Sarawak National Alliance has donated the National Concern Basket through PAS Sarawak to senior citizens, single mothers, and those affected by covid-19 in several parts of northern Sarawak. PAS Sarawak has distributed the donations in Miri and Sibuti.
A total of 100 sets of National Caring Baskets has been allocated for PAS Sarawak to be distributed to those in need, among them in Riam, Bakam, Tukau, and Sungai Rait. Party Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) Sarawak has also been given the same allocation to be distributed around Miri and Sibuti. PAS Sarawak Commissioner together with PAS Miri Area through Lajnah Welfare Department and Amal Department together with YDP PAS Sibuti Zulaihi Bakar also participated in the distribution of the contribution.
The National Concern Basket which was launched on July 15 was the brainchild of the Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Mahiaddin Yasin as the government’s proactive response to the scenario facing the people at this time affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. This assistance could at least reduce the burden faced by those affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The PN government will continue to work to help the people regardless of race and religion to together face this covid-19 epidemic from continuing to spread.
Cooperation with all citizens regardless of race, religion, and political persuasion to always comply with the SOP and also maintain health so as not to be affected by the covid-19 epidemic is highly appreciated. Cooperation with all parties to prevent and control the covid-19 epidemic from further spreading, there must be cooperation. Without cooperation between the people and the government, it is difficult for the covid-19 epidemic to be reduced or eliminated.

PAS Sarawak Mengedarkan Bakul Prihatin Nasional Kepada Kumpulan Sasaran
Perikatan Nasional Sarawak telah menyumbangkan Bakul Prihatin Negara melalui PAS Sarawak kepada warga emas, ibu tunggal, dan mereka yang terjejas oleh covid-19 di beberapa bahagian di utara Sarawak. PAS Sarawak telah mengagihkan sumbangan tersebut di kawasan Miri dan Sibuti.
Sebanyak 100 set Bakul Prihatin Negara telah diperuntukkan untuk PAS Sarawak untuk diedarkan kepada mereka yang memerlukan, antaranya di Riam, Bakam, Tukau, dan Sungai Rait. Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) Sarawak juga telah diberi peruntukan yang sama untuk diagihkan di sekitar Miri dan Sibuti. Pesuruhjaya PAS Sarawak bersama PAS Kawasan Miri melalui Lajnah Jabatan Kebajikan dan Jabatan Amal bersama YDP PAS Sibuti Zulaihi Bakar turut mengambil bahagian dalam penyaluran sumbangan tersebut.
Bakul Prihatin Negara yang dilancarkan pada 15 Julai lalu merupakan cetusan idea Perdana Menteri, YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Mahiaddin Yasin sebagai tindak balas proaktif pemerintah terhadap senario yang dihadapi rakyat ketika ini yang terjejas oleh wabak Covid-19. Bantuan ini sekurang-kurangnya dapat mengurangkan beban yang dihadapi oleh mereka yang terkena wabak Covid-19. Kerajaan PN akan terus berusaha untuk membantu rakyat tanpa mengira bangsa dan agama untuk bersama-sama menghadapi wabak covid-19 ini daripada terus merebak.
Kerjasama dengan semua rakyat tanpa mengira bangsa, agama dan fahaman politik untuk sentiasa mematuhi SOP dan juga menjaga kesihatan agar tidak terjejas oleh wabak covid-19 sangat dihargai. Kerjasama dengan semua pihak untuk mencegah dan mengawal wabak covid-19 dari terus merebak, mesti ada kerjasama. Tanpa kerjasama antara rakyat dan pemerintah, sukar bagi wabak covid-19 dapat dikurangkan atau dihapuskan.
Mudah-mudahan, Allah sentiasa melindungi kita semua dari ancaman wabak covid-19. Tinggal di rumah dan kekal sihat.
