Perikatan Nasional will announce its Negri Sembilan election candidates on Thursday, a day after Barisan Nasional unveils its line-up.
PN information chief Tan Sri Annuar Musa said the timing would provide a clearer picture of the coalition’s electoral strategy ahead of nomination day.
“Tomorrow night, BN will announce its line-up. A day later, on Thursday, PN will announce its list of candidates.
“From there, all of you will understand why the nomination process has unfolded the way it has,” he told reporters here today.
Separately, Annuar confirmed that Pas would meet tonight at its headquarters to finalise its contested seats. The meeting will be chaired by party president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang.
