

The incident, which occurred at about 2.15pm yesterday, had shocked members of the public who had gone to the government building for various transactions after hearing a loud sound from the spot.
A witness, Mohd Azrul Aliff Mohamad, 28, said he and a friend were in the area where the motorcycle bays were located when he saw the victim falling down and landing on the car park.
“When I approached the victim, he was already dead due to severe injuries on the head and body,” he told reporters at the scene.
Meanwhile, Kuala Terengganu OCPD, ACP Zamri Shamsuddin, when contacted, said the victim identified as Padrul Mohamad, 28, was from Felda Jerangau Barat, Hulu Terengganu.
The body was then sent to Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah (HSNZ) for a post mortem and police clasified the case as sudden death. — Bernama
