A DIVORCEE rented a hotel room for only RM15 a night to have sex with her lover who regularly took a bus from Kuala Terengganu to see her in Kuala Dungun.
The woman, whose age was undisclosed, was arrested in the nude with her 22-year-old lover during a 7.30am raid on Wednesday by the Dungun Religious Department.
Sinar Harian reported that the woman, who works as a cook, would check into the hotel at about 7pm and wait for her lover who was a bachelor.
“I have had sex with him more than 10 times. I do intend to marry him,” said the mother of a five-year-old.
Enforcement chief Yusof Musa said the couple would be charged under Section 31 (a) and (b) of the Terengganu Syariah Criminal Offences Enactment.
“If convicted, they can be fined RM3,000 or jailed not more than two years or both,” he said.-TheStarOnline
