HULU TERENGGANU, Dec 26 (Bernama) — Drug taking started early for the son of a settler here who admitted he started the habit at the age of 15.
A year later, when taking amphetamines has become part of his daily routine, he was nabbed by police.
Terengganu Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department chief Supt Roslan Abd Wahid said the 16-year-old, who is a secondary school student here, was arrested during a raid of his home at Felda Jerangau Barat at about 3am yesterday. He was among 87 arrested during a police operation and given dug tests.
Roslan said that 66 of them, aged betwee 16 and 40, tested positive.
