Selangor PAS commissioner Datuk Iskandar Samad told Malay Mail Online that PAS did not sacrifice any of its quota for local council seats to Amanah.
“PAN was given seats in the local council, but not from PAS’ quota,” Iskandar, who is also a state executive councillor said, using referring to Amanah by its Malay acronym.
“PAS’ local council seats have not been reduced from the previous term,” he added.
All the Selangor executive councillors refused to state the revised allocation for local council seats for the four parties.
There are currently 288 local council seats and in the previous term, 120 seats were given to PKR, 92 for DAP, 67 for PAS, and nine for the Orang Besar Daerah.
