This comes after Pas’ Nenggiri by-election defeat yesterday, which saw Barisan Nasional (BN) capturing the state seat with a 3,352 vote majority.<\/p>\n
Samsuri, who is also the Terengganu Menteri Besar, said winning or losing should not deter the party from serving the community.<\/p>\n
“Continue to serve, as losing does not mean we should stop serving the community and those around us,” he said in a Facebook post yesterday.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, he expressed heartfelt gratitude to all Perikatan Nasional machinery who had dedicated their time, energy and resources in their effort to win the by-election.<\/p>\n
“Only Allah can grant you the greatest reward. Thank you to the people of Nenggiri for fulfilling their responsibilities,” he added.<\/p>\n
