keputusan dan mengeluarkan kenyataan bahawa pengumu Timbalan Perdana Menteri Zahid Hamidi mengenai geran RM450,000 di Terengganu bukan sogokan rasuah.<\/p>\n<p>Timbalan Presiden PAS, Dato&#8217; Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man berkata, sepatutnya badan penguatkuasa terbabit perlu telus menjalankan siasatan setelah dibuat laporan oleh pelbagai pihak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Isu ini jelas telah bercanggah dengan Akta Pilihanraya Pilihan Raya tiba-tiba SPRM mengeluarkan kenyatan tidak bersalah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya ingin menyebut bahawa agensi penguatkuasa berperanan sebagai badan penyiasat bukan badan kehakiman, bukan dia yang memutuskan bersalah atau tidak bersalah sepatutnya bila telah menerima aduan kena buka fail siasatan untuk dibawa ke mahkamah.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_20230807_153759.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/IMG_20230807_153759-1024x661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"449\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-93968\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mahkamah akan memberikan keputusan, agensi penguatkuasa ini tidak boleh menjadi hakim kerana ia akan menimbulkan konflik, dan dilihat berat sebelah  kerana bila dilakukan pihak lain, seperti kerajaan negeri menyediakan basa memudahkan orang balik mengundi dikatakan tidak boleh (salah),&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian ketika ditemui selepas menghadiri Ceramah Perdana, di Pasar Wakaf Tengah, Batu Rakit di sini semalam.<\/p>\n<p>Mengulas lanjut katanya, desakan dilakukan bukan bermatlamat untuk memusushi agendi terbabit sebaliknya bagi menyedarkan SPRM agar bertindak dengan telus serta tidak dipergunakan sebagai alat politik pihak tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Supaya terus berintegriti jangan sampai hilang keyakinan orang terhadap agensi ini, kita tidak bermusah dengan agensi kerajaan cuma minta agar tidak disalahgunakan oleh pihak tertentu terutama parti yang memerintah,&#8221;
