Mat Zan Terpaksa Melangkah Pergi!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Masalah pasukan bolasepak Terengganu sebenarnya tidak selesai dengan pengunduran Mat Zan kerana ia melibatkan kegagalan pengurusan kesuluruhan. <\/p>\n<p>Rata-rata peminat bolasepak Terengganu mahukan satu &#8216;team&#8217; pengurusan yang lebih mantap.<\/p>\n<p>Samada dilihat sebagai pengunduran atau pemberhentian Mat Zan, ia adalah sebenarnya permulaan satu episod baru yang bertumpu kepada Presiden Persatuan Bolasepak Negeri Terengganu, Dato&#8217; Che Mat Jusoh.<\/p>\n<p>Mat Zan menjadi &#8216;kambing hitam&#8217; kerana menjadi mangsa Persatuan Bolasepak Negeri yang tidak berjaya melonjakkan permainan akibat kegagalan pengurusan.<\/p>\n<p>Che Mat Jusoh yang mengesahkan bahawa Mat Zan mengemukakan peletakan jawatannya semalam sebenarnya telah beberapa kali &#8216;ditunjuk jalan keluar&#8217; oleh peminat skuad penyu.<\/p>\n<p>Sehingga minggu lalu, telah dua kali para peminat membantah Datuk Che Mat Jusoh dan meminta beliau meletakkan jawatan.<\/p>\n<p>Bijaknya &#8216;orang politik&#8217; mengatur langkah kerana kini beban kesalahan diletakkan ke atas Mat Zan!<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum ini, Mat Zan telah diminta untuk &#8216;rehat&#8217; selama dua minggu selepas Penyu kalah 2-1 kepada Sime Darby FC di Piala FA separuh akhir.<\/p>\n<p>Kegagalan untuk mempertahankan Piala FA tidak sepatutnya diletakkan sepenuhnya diatas bahu Mat Zan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun itulah nasib seorang jurulatih apabila sesebuah pasukan itu kalah dalam perlawanan.<\/p>\n<p>Kerajaan negeri perlu melihat lebih mendalam dan membedah siasat punca sebenar kemerosotan demi kemerosotan yang dialami oleh pasukan.<\/p>\n<p>Pihak yang terbabit secara langsung perlu berterus terang, sekiranya mahu melihat pasukan negeri lebih maju pada masa depan.<\/p>\n<p>Disamping itu pandangan peminat yang menjadi kekuatan moral pasukan perlu diambil kira. <\/p>\n<p>Tidak ada erti sekiranya ada pasukan yang mantap tetapi tidak mendapat tempat dihati peminat yang menjadi sumber kewangan setiap perlawanan hasil dari penjualan tiket.<\/p>\n<p>Namun bersediakan pihak negeri melakukan muhasabah dan mengambil tindakan.<\/p>\n<p>Bersediakah Menteri Besar, Dato\u2019 Seri Ahmad Said membuat perubahan?<\/p>\n<p>Tentu tidak, kerana Ahmad telah pun membuat keputusan mengekalkan Che Mat Jusoh yang juga rakan akrab politiknya!<\/p>\n<p>Inilah
