&#8216;terkilan&#8217; Rancangan Tanah Berkelompok (RTB) dan memutuskan untuk mengekalkan bayaran premium asal yang dikenakan 20 tahunblalu. <\/p>\n<p>Timbalan Pesuruhjaya III  PAS Negeri Terengganu, YB Ustaz Satiful Bahri Mamat berkata, pentadbiran negeri mengetahui, mereka telah menghabiskan banyak wang keatas tanah terbabit. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi kita berbincang dengan kerajaan untuk mengekalkan bayaran premium tanah mengikut harga semasa dahulu iaitu dalah sekitar RM1100 lebih sahaja,\u201d jelasnya. <\/p>\n<p>Ustaz Satiful yang juga Ahli Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri (Exco) kata demikian ketika berucap di Majlis Penyerahan Geran Tanah Terkilan Dewan Undangan Negeri(DUN) Paka di Dewan Sivik Paka pada Khamis, 25 Mac. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG_20210328_114954.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG_20210328_114954-1024x538.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"366\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-85110\" \/><\/a>Menurutnya, seramai 81 orang penerima yang terdiri 41 orang peserta dari RTB Terkilan Cherong Melintang dan 40 orang peserta dari RTB Terkilan Beril.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni merupakan program pertama yang melibatkan pemberian geran bagi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Paka dan baki-baki yang tinggal tu kita akan selesaikan sedikit demi sedikit dengan segera,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Katanya,  untuk  mengeluarkan sekeping geran terpaksa melalui pelbagai proses sebelum diserahkan kepada peserta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTetapi beruntunglah bagi mereka yang tergolong peserta terkilan ini kerana termasuk di dalam keputusan khas kerajaan negeri yang dikatogerikan peserta terkilan 1999 \u2013 2004, maka proses tidak begitu panjang,\u201d
