{"id":80882,"date":"2020-01-10T11:34:57","date_gmt":"2020-01-10T03:34:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/?p=80882"},"modified":"2020-01-10T11:34:57","modified_gmt":"2020-01-10T03:34:57","slug":"pertambahan-kerusi-pilihan-raya-lebih-penting-daripada-pengubahan-sistem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/pertambahan-kerusi-pilihan-raya-lebih-penting-daripada-pengubahan-sistem\/","title":{"rendered":"Pertambahan Kerusi Pilihan Raya Lebih Penting Daripada Pengubahan Sistem"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh : Rohayati Ripin<\/p>\n<p>KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; Pertambahan Kerusi Pilihan Raya (PRK) lebih penting daripada pengubahan sistem perwakilan berkadar (PR).<\/p>\n<p>Ahli Jawatankuasa Perhubungan PAS negeri Terengganu, Dato&#8217; Yahaya Ali berkata, sistem yang digunakan sekarang adalah First Past The Post (FPTP), bermakna calon-calon  memperoleh majoriti akan diisytihar pemenang di bahagian pilihan raya berkenaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Secara umumnya apa yang dilaksanakan oleh sesetengah negara dari segi sistem  pilihan raya dasar kan pada (PR) jadi itu perlu diadakan kajian lebih lanjut dari segi kesesuaian.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Sebab setakat ini kita memakai sistem British (PFTP) jadi apa yang sesuai di tempat lain tak semestinya sesuai di tempat kita,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian ketika ditemui pihak media di Wisma Darul Iman, pada semalam.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, ia memerlukan satu kajian lebih lanjut tapi yang penting ialah mahukan bilangan kerusi munasabah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Terutamanya merasakan kepentingan orang Melayu lebih-lebih lagi di negeri Terengganu. Sejak daripada tahun 1985 dulu tidak berlaku penambahan kerusi walaupun penduduk dan dan pengundi bertambah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi soal sistem yang kita nak pakai itu memerlukan satu kajian dan pihak jawatankuasa reformasi pilihanraya yang ditubuhkan parlimen pun belum lagi membentangkan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu kita baru dengar jauh-jauh mereka dan mesti kemukakan dengan maklumat  yang lebih lengkap. Kalau kita nak komen pun dengan maklumat yang lebih benar,&#8221; ujar beliau.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, mengulas perkembangan semasa politik negara, PAS tidak bertanding dalam Pilihan Raya Kecil (PRK) parlimen Kimanis yang sedang berlangsung sekarang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PAS tidak bertanding tapi  yang bertanding adalah Umno ataupun Barisan Nasional (BN)  yang mana kita tahu pertandingan ialah dua penjuru.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi kehadiran petugas-petugas PAS adalah membantu jentera pilihan raya BN dalam kapasiti yang mereka mahukanlah,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh : Rohayati Ripin KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; Pertambahan Kerusi Pilihan Raya (PRK) lebih penting daripada pengubahan sistem perwakilan berkadar (PR).
