{"id":77603,"date":"2019-07-12T17:48:35","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T09:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/?p=77603"},"modified":"2019-07-12T17:48:35","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T09:48:35","slug":"pertahankan-keputusan-mahkamah-dan-institusi-diraja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/pertahankan-keputusan-mahkamah-dan-institusi-diraja\/","title":{"rendered":"Pertahankan Keputusan Mahkamah dan Institusi DiRaja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PAS Selangor melahirkan kekesalan terhadap ucapan dan tulisan Wan Ji yang menghina serta menghasut kebencian kepada Sultan Selangor dan Raja-Raja Melayu. <\/p>\n<p>PAS Selangor juga kesal dengan Presiden Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) dan Solidariti Pemuda Pakatan Harapan (PH) kerana mempertikaikan keputusan Mahkamah terhadap hukuman yang dikenakan kepada Wan Ji. Kenyataan oleh Presiden PKR seolah-olah mencabar keputusan Institusi Kehakiman di Negara ini serta memberikan gambaran yang sangat negatif kepada orang awam. Manakala tindakan Solidariti Pemuda Pakatan Harapan (PH) mempertikaikan hukuman tersebut adalah amat tidak wajar, kerana hukuman penjara terhadap Wan ji telah diputuskan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam. Keputusan tersebut harus dihormati oleh semua pihak. <\/p>\n<p>PAS Selangor tetap mempertahankan Raja-Raja Melayu dan Institusi Kehakiman bertepatan dengan semangat Rukun Negara iaitu Kesetiaan Kepada Raja dan Kedaulatan Undang-undang. <\/p>\n<p>Dimanakah pengasingan kuasa yang dilaungkan oleh PH selama ini? Dimanakah janji PH untuk mempertahankan Perlembagaan Malaysia, Rukun Negara, Raja-Raja dan Institusi Raja.
