PAS Memerintah Terengganu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh : Amiirullah Mansor<\/p>\n<p>DUNGUN &#8211; Selepas setahun dianugerahkan memerintah, tahun kedua diharap agar Allah merahmati Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) mentadbir Terengganu dengan impak yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Timbalan Pesuruhjaya 1, Badan Perhubungan PAS Terengganu, Ustaz Saiful Bahri Mamat berkata, walau bagaimana pun masih ada sedikit kekurangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMungkin ada kekurangan, yang timbul, kita akan perbaiki dari semasa ke semasa,\u201d katanya dan menambah kerajaan Negeri Terengganu masih terus menerima royalti namun dipotong sebanyak 25 peratus oleh Pusat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c25 peratus duit royalti dipotong oleh Kerajaan Pusat atas alasan membayar hutang terdahulu,&#8221; tambah beliau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-16-at-12.12.47-1.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-77099\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-16-at-12.12.47-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"707\" height=\"506\" \/><\/a>Oleh itu, kerajaan mengambil langkah untuk berjimaat cermat bagi memastikan janji manifesto kepada rakyat dapat dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian ketika merasmikan Majlis Sambutan Aidilfitri DUN Paka di Tapak PGU, Jalan Santong, Paka pada Sabtu 15 Jun.<\/p>\n<p>Ustaz Satiful yang juga Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Pelaksanaan Syariah, Pendidikan dan Pengajian Tinggi negeri berkata, antara manifesto itu ialah janji akan mengembalikan tanah rakyat.<\/p>\n<p>Katanya, dalam kawasan DUN Paka ini terdapat enam Rancangan Tanah Berkelompok (RTB) yang sedang diusahakan melibatkan rakyat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita telah bekerjasama dengan Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Terengganu yang bertungkus-lumus untuk menyelesaikan RTB termasuk di DUN Paka ini,<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-77100\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-16-at-17.36.56.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"719\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita juga telah membuat pertemuan mengumpul kembali data-data dan telah dihantar yang mana ada enam RTB di Paka akan diselesaikan sebelum pilihan raya yang akan datang,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, pada bulan Ogos ini, kata beliau, akan diadakan Program Walimatulurus Perdana yang merupakan juga manifesto Terengganu adalah untuk mengurangkan bebanan kewangan pasangan muda yang berhasrat untuk mendirikan rumah tangga.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, hari ini saya sendiri pun baru dapat seorang menantu dan saya dapat rasakan sendiri kesukaran untuk menjayakan majlis kenduri dengan sumber kewangan terutamanya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pihak kerajaan masih lagi membuka ruang kepada rakyat untuk mendaftar program ini,\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Justeru itu, tegas beliau, sebahagian besar janji manifesto yang
