{"id":75430,"date":"2019-03-03T09:02:40","date_gmt":"2019-03-03T01:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/?p=75430"},"modified":"2019-03-03T09:57:19","modified_gmt":"2019-03-03T01:57:19","slug":"pas-kecam-hukuman-ringan-kepada-penghina-nabi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/pas-kecam-hukuman-ringan-kepada-penghina-nabi\/","title":{"rendered":"PAS Kecam Hukuman Ringan Kepada Penghina Nabi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MARANG &#8211; PAS mengecam tindakan kerajaan PH yang mengenakan hukuman terlalu ringan dan menyifatkan denda yang dikenakan tidak menakutkan mereka yang menghina Nabi SAW.<\/p>\n<p>Timbalan Presiden PAS, Dato Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man berkata, denda RM3,000 sama dengan kesalahan khalwat dan minum arak.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh itu, kata beliau, PAS menggesa agar dibuat semula semakan undang-undang terhadap pesalah terbabit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Maka kita kena faham, dalam Islam orang hina nabi sepakat ulama hukumnya ialah hukum mati, hukum bunuh dan kata Imam Malik dia (penghina) tidak perlu dihadap dan dibicarakan.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-75433\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/SAI_7876-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2478\" height=\"1351\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dan tidak perlu diminta bertaubat, maknanya apa dia? Maknanya walaupun dia bertaubat sekalipun, bukan bermakna hukuman mati tidak dijatuhkan. Hukum mati tetap dilaksana walaupun dia bertaubat kepada Allah,&#8221; nya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demkian, ketika berucap pada Himpunan Bantahan Aman terhadap penghinaan kepada Rasulullah, di Masjid Rhu Muda, Marang, pada Jumaat, 1 Mac.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ahli Parlimen Kubang Kerian itu, umat Islam perlu sentiasa bersama Rasulullah dan cinta kepada baginda adalah rukun akidah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yang diucapkan oleh umat Islam, apa makna, &#8216;Lailahaillah Muhammadurasulullah?&#8217; maknanya kita bersama nabi waktu sudah dan senang.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/SAI_7765.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-75434\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/SAI_7765.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2816\" height=\"1901\" \/><\/a>&#8220;Waktu baginda hidup atau wafat, waktu bersama kita atau tidak bersama kita,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Tambah beliau, segala syariat dan segala ajaran serta sunnah yang ditinggalkan oleh Rasulullah sewajarnya dipertahankan oleh umat Islam.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; Nabi SAW manusia paling sempurna dibumi, manusia paling mulia di langit dan makhluk yang paling mulia disisi Allah. Bayangkan kalau ada orang yang menghina nabi, demi Allah kita rela berkorban nyawa kita demi mempertahankan Nabi,&#8221; kata beliau.<\/p>\n<p>Ustaz Tuan Ibrahim turut memberi amaran, rela berkorban segala tenaga, tubuh badan yang sihat, harta benda bahkan nyawa demi mempertahakan nabi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ingat hidup kita di muka bumi berjalan dengan panduanNabi, besarnya jasa nabi kepada kita. Bukan hanya untuk umat Islam, bahkan seluruh dunia saksikan keamanan dunia sewaktu Islam memerintah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saksikan bagaimana dunia berada dalam keadaan sejahtera, aman damai yang bukan
