40 Kerusi Untuk Memerintah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MARANG \u2013 PAS bertanding 40 kerusi di Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) dan Parlimen untuk mengambil alih semula pentadbiran negeri Terengganu yang kini bawah pemerintahan Umno dan Barisan Nasional (BN).<\/p>\n<p>Pesuruhjaya PAS Negeri Terengganu Dato\u2019 Ustaz Haji Husain Awang berkata, PAS diberi keyakinan dan kepercayaan oleh rakyat bagi mentadbir kerajaan negeri Terengganu .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeluruh 40 kerusi terdiri daripada calon PAS dan tidak termasuk dengan pakatan lain sekalipun gagasan sejahtera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDan yang bertanding semuanya menggunakan lambang dan membawa mesej PAS yang tidak lagi diragui oleh sesiapa,\u201dkatanya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian ketika berucap dalam Majlis Pengisytiharan Calon-Calon PAS Terengganu PRU ke 14 pada Khamis, 19 April.<\/p>\n<p>Katanya, matlamat PAS adalah untuk menyambung kembali legasi yang telah berjaya dibuktikan ketika PAS memerintah pada tahun 1999 sehingga 2004 dalam manifesto yang dijanjikan kepada rakyat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG-20180420-WA0028.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-67048\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG-20180420-WA0028.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" \/><\/a>Dan paling utama kata beliau, PAS berjaya menggubal dan meminda undang-undang tertinggi tubuh kerajaan negeri Terengganu dengan meletakkan Al Quran dan As sunnah, Ijmak serta Qias sebagai rujukan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUndang-undang ini walau sekalipun Umno dan Barisan Nasional (BN) mengambil alih pemerintahan lebih daripada 10 tahun masih tidak dipinda dan diubah,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDan begitu juga cara sistem pemerintahan pun Umno BN tidak laksanakan peruntukan kehendak perlembaagn yang kita panda,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSerta menjadi tanggungjawab seluruh rakyat supaya undang-undang yang ditubuh dan dipinda merujuk kepada syariat Allah,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDan Umno BN sudah tidak ada harapan untuk melaksanakan sepertimana PAS membuktikan dengan membawa kepada kesejahteraan kepada negeri Terengganu,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya lagi, janganlah meletakkan harapan kepada Umno BN setelah berbelas tahun diberi kuasa kepada mereka walaupun undang-undang sudah wujud tetapi mereka masih lagi tidak pindah kepada undang-undang dan peraturan.<\/p>\n<p>Pada tahun 2002 PAS telah berjaya menggubal enakmen jenayah syariah hudud dan qisas serta Takzir sehingga sekarang masih lagi berkuat kuasa dari sudut perundangan tetapi Umno BN masih lagi tidak melaksanakannya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBukan dikalangan PAS sahaja tetapi Umno BN mengalami begitu susah dan perit dalam kehidupan akibat kenaikan sara hidup, kejatuhan ekonomi dan kemerosotan mata wang serta kenaikan harga barang yang dirasai dan dialami oleh rakyat,\u201dtambahnya lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Justeru PAS yakin dan percaya bahawa rakyat berazam untuk beri kemenangan dalam pilihan raya umum (PRU) ke 14 untuk menyambung legasi yang ditinggalkan pada zaman pemerintahan PAS
