{"id":66066,"date":"2018-03-17T18:13:41","date_gmt":"2018-03-17T10:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/?p=66066"},"modified":"2018-03-17T18:13:41","modified_gmt":"2018-03-17T10:13:41","slug":"jalan-keruak-ke-gunung-bongsu-hanya-siap-sekerat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/jalan-keruak-ke-gunung-bongsu-hanya-siap-sekerat\/","title":{"rendered":"Jalan Keruak Ke Gunung Bongsu Hanya Siap &#8216;Sekerat&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BESUT \u2013 Projek jalan raya dari kampung Keruak ke Gunong Bongsu, Hulu Terengganu, hanya siap &#8216;sekerat&#8217; dan gagal mencapai objektif asal pembinaannya<\/p>\n<p>Hanya fasa pertama sepanjang 10 kilometer telah siap dan menelan belanja sebanyak RM 106 juta.<\/p>\n<p>Tiba-tiba wakil rakyat Umno dan Barian Nasional (BN) Hulu Besut berkata, pembinaannya akan diberhentikan dan memberi gambaran, jalan lain pula akan dibina<\/p>\n<p>Pengarah Tindakan Majlis Tindakan Dewan Undangan Negeri (MTD) PAS Hulu Besut, Cikgu Shalahuddin Jaafar berkata, keputusan itu hanya menyebabkan jalan telah sedia untuk digunakan itu, tidak membawa hala tuju ke mana-mana.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Screenshot-570.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-66068\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Screenshot-570.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"652\" height=\"432\" \/><\/a>\u201dSepatutnya belanja keseluruhan tiga fasa untuk lebuhraya ini ialah RM 500 juta\u2026\u2026.isunya sekarang kerajaan negeri ataupun wakil rakyat di Hulu Besut mengatakan bahawa projek ini tidak akan diteruskan,<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(sebab katanya) akan menelan belanja yang besar beribu juta ringgit ataupun satu billion,\u201d kata Cikgu Solah.<\/p>\n<p>Sebaliknya, menurut beliau, sekas Menteri Besar Dato\u2019 Seri Ahmad Said berkata semasa perasmiannya pada tahun 2013, jalan alternatif keseluruhan sepanjang 45 kilometer bernilai RM500 juta itu, akan berakhir di Simpang Pulai, Perak.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HarapTV\/videos\/1642768872485538\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beliau berkata demikian ketika ditemui media semasa meninjau projek pembinaan Jalan Keruak ke Gunung Bongsu, Rabu, 14 Mac, disini.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Persoalannya, kata beliau, mengapa projek itu tidak diteruskan sedangkan bajet telah diluluskan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/jalan-raya-Keruak-Ke-Gunung-Bongsu1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-66069\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/jalan-raya-Keruak-Ke-Gunung-Bongsu1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" \/><\/a>\u201cdi mana (baki wang) yang telah diluluskan pihak kerajaan untuk bina lebuh raya ini? Apakah kerajaan tidak ada perancangan yang teliti,<\/p>\n<p>\u201dterutama jabatan kerja raya dalam menilai (dan membuat keptusan sebelum membina) lebuhraya sepanjang 50 kilometer ini,\u201d soal beliau.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau yang juga Timbalan Yang Dipertua Kawasan Besut menambah, sepatutnya jabatan kerajaan melaksanakan kajian terlebih dahulu sebelum melaksanakan projek yang menelan belanja begitu tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRakyat pada hari ini mempertikai perbelanjaan bina lebuhraya sebanyak RM 500 juta, kerana (mereka) tidak mendapat pulangan yang tidak ada faedah,<\/p>\n<p>\u201ddan ini adalah satu pembaziran (kerana jalan itu hanya sekerat dan tidak menuju ke mana-mana),<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_66070\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-66070\" style=\"width: 1052px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/jalan-raya-Keruak-Ke-Gunung-Bongsu-rosak.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-66070\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/jalan-raya-Keruak-Ke-Gunung-Bongsu-rosak.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1052\" height=\"659\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-66070\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">jalan raya Keruak Ke Gunung Bongsu rosak akibat banjir setelah diperbaiki, pembinaanya dihentikan &#8216;separuh jalan&#8217;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIanya adalah satu jumlah yang besar dan boleh dibuat untuk membantu meningkatkan ekonomi rakyat,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau menjelaskan, kerajaan berjanji, keseluruhan jalan itu akan siap pada tahun 2014.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMana wang yang telah diluluskan atau wang ini telah dibawa untuk melaksanakan projek lain atau sebagainya,<\/p>\n<p>\u201ckalau begitulah (keadaannya) rakyat Besut amat dukacita dengan kerajaan Umno dan Barisan Nasional (BN)\u2026\u2026kerana pembangunan ini sepatutnya diperolehi (dimikmati) oleh masyarakat,<\/p>\n<p>Beliau menempelak, seolah-olah menjadi ikutan (trend) kerajaan negeri melaksanakan sesuatu projek separuh siap.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaman Ilmu tidak dapat dimanfaatkan kepada orang tempatan sehingga tergendala sampai dua, tiga belas tahun yang menyebabkan bangunan runtuh (rosak) dan berlaku kecurian harta serta peralatan yang berada dalam bangunan,\u201d tegas beliau.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Screenshot-573.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-66071\" Ridzuan Mohd Nor yang turut berada dilokas berkata, \u201cInilah penghujung lebuhraya tak siap yang diumpan setiap kali pilihan raya,\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInilah lebuh raya yang dipolimikkan\u2026\u2026diumpan kepada rakyat supaya undilah Umno-BN untuk meneruskan projek ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNak pergi Kuala Lumpur tak boleh\u2026.nak pergi Gua Musang tak boleh\u2026 nak pergi Tasik Kenyir tak boleh,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeruntukan RM 106 juta dapat kepada kontraktor je lah dan rakyat tak dapat manfaat,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDan ini satu projek untuk mengaburi mata rakyat apabila rakyat mempertikaikan kenapa jalan ini diberhentikan setakat ini sedangkan bajet telah diluluskan oleh kerajaan negeri sebanyak RM 500 juta,\u201d
