Konsisten Hapuskan GST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; PAS konsisten menentang pelaksanaan Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan (GST) sejak ia diperkenalkan oleh kerajaan Barisan Nasional (BN) dua tahun lalu<\/p>\n<p>Bahkan, PAS mengharamkan penggunaan cukai tersebut kerana ia dikenakan kepada semua rakyat termasuk golongan fakir miskin di negara ini.<\/p>\n<p>Perkara tersebut aadalah antara fokus utama Dewan Pemuda PAS Malaysia dalam Dokumen Cadangan Bajet Malaysia 2018 yang meletakkan sasaran memansuhkan GST dalam tempoh tiga tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Ketuanya, Ustaz Muhammad Khalil Abdul Hadi Awang menegaskan penghapusan cukai GST itu terdapat dalam cadangan pendapatan kerajaan 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, katanya GST hanya akan dihapuskan dalam tempoh tiga tahun atas sebab implikasi undang-undang, tetapi tidak ada kutipan dibuat sehingga ia dimansuhkan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita sasarkan untuk mansuh GST dalam tempoh tiga tahun (selepas memerintah), namun sepanjang tempoh itu tiada kutipan dibuat, tetapi akta(GST) tetap ada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG-20171026-WA0011.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG-20171026-WA0011.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"992\" height=\"560\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-62232\" \/><\/a>\u201cSetiap cadangan atau manifesto yang PAS ingin laksanakan adalah perlu realistik dan kita (Pemuda) perlu sedar bahawa kita masih lagi terikat dengan undang-undang negara yang perlu dipatuhi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNamun, jelas di sini (cadangan), fokus kita adalah ingin hapuskan GST dan dalam masa yang sama kita cadangkan alternatif lain seperti menaikkan cukai simpanan korporat, cukai keuntungan perniagaan saham dan cukai mewah bagi golongan kaya,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian kepada media selepas membentangkan Cadangan Bajet Malaysia 2018 oleh Dewan Pemuda PAS di sebuah Hotel Tdi sini pada Khamis 26 Oktober.<\/p>\n<p>Usyaz Khalil menegaskan Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) terus berperanan bagi memastikan keberkesanan pembayaran cukai melalui penguatkuasaan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, cukai barangan mewah kepada golongan kaya akan diperkenalkan bagi menggantikan GST yang dimansuhkan itu.
