{"id":4319,"date":"2011-01-10T14:29:13","date_gmt":"2011-01-10T06:29:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/index.php\/2011\/01\/three-charged-with-abducting-and-raping-a-16-year-old-girl\/"},"modified":"2011-01-10T14:29:13","modified_gmt":"2011-01-10T06:29:13","slug":"three-charged-with-abducting-and-raping-a-16-year-old-girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/three-charged-with-abducting-and-raping-a-16-year-old-girl\/","title":{"rendered":"Three Charged With Abducting And Raping A 16-Year-Old Girl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; Three men, two of them step brothers, were charged in the Sessions Court here Monday with abducting and raping a 16-year-old girl.<\/p>\n<p>Norizal Mamat, 28, Mohd Sabri Rosli, 27, and his step brother Wan Hafiz Wan Omar, 21, were jointly charged with abducting the girl at about 4am last Dec 27 from her house at Kampung Belukar Gorek in Bukit Payung Marang.<\/p>\n<p>They were charged under Section 365 of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of seven years and a fine.<\/p>\n<p>They were also charged separately with raping the girl at a house at Kampung Gelong Gajah in Jalan Pasir Panjang here between 5.40am and 6.40am the same day.<\/p>\n<p>The charge under Section 376 of the Penal Code carries a maximum jail sentence of 20 years and whipping.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Wan Hafiz was charged with sodomising the girl under Section 377(c) of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of up to 20 years and whipping.<\/p>\n<p>The three pleaded not guilty to all the changes.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Zainal Abidin Kamaruddin set Feb 10 for the case to be mentioned again.- BERNAMA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; Three men, two of them step brothers, were charged in the Sessions Court here Monday with abducting and raping a 16-year-old girl.
