Milik Orang Luar, Jangan Kampung Tergadai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA TERENGGANU &#8211; Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Rantau Abang, Cikgu Haji Alias Harun mempersoalkan dasar kerajaan dalam menangani isu penempatan dan pemilikan tanah di rancangan tanah Bekelompok (RTB) Kampung Pengkalan Jering, Gong Pasir Dungun.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau hairan, bagaimana status tanah tersebut yang telah diterokai sejak 1963 oleh penduduk tempatan yang masih belum diberi milik sedangkan akhir-akhir ini didapati telah diterokai oleh penduduk dari luar daerah Dungun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG-20150511-WA0032.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-33496 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG-20150511-WA0032-300x222.jpg\" alt=\"IMG-20150511-WA0032\" width=\"300\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a>\u201cNegeri Terengganu pesat membangun jangan kampung tergadai&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Kecil bagi kite, besar bagi rakyat ,tanah (RTB) Kg pengkalan Jering, Balai Besar Dungun, yang diterokai sejak 1963 masih belum diselesaikan dimana berlaku tindanan hak kepada tanah tersebut yang hanya sebahagian sahaja dapat diselesaikam.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya merasa risau kerana penduduk tempatan tidap mendapat milik kerana sekarang tanah tersebut telah diterokai oleh orang luar,&#8221;tegasnya ketika berucap sewaktu perbahasan menjunjung kasih titah ucapan Tuanku Sultan Mizan sewaktu pada sidang DUN.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh itu, beliau menggesa pihak berkuasa kerajaan meneliti dan menyiasat perkara tersebut kerana beliau bimbang ia adalah satu penyelewengan yang dilakukan oleh pihak tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya nak mintak jabatan berkenaan sila siasat dan turun padang apa yang saya kata ini hanya omong kosong atau perkara sebenar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya risau dan takut orang tempatan tidak dapat tanah dan orang-orang luar yang disokong oleh pihak-pihak tertentu dapat tanah,&#8221;tambah beliau.<\/p>\n<p>Cikgu Alias yang juga Ketua Penerangan PAS Dungun mengharapkan agar apa yang dibangkitkan ini dapat diambil iktibar bagi mengurus
