But if these official Pakatan media licenses are not renewed than I suggest an official directive be issued to all Pakatan leaders and supporters to boycott all pro-BN media,\u201d he said in his social network, Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>Nik Aziz was commenting on the Home Ministry&#8217;s \u201cno decision yet\u201d stand on Harakah and Suara Keadilan\u2019s application to renew their publishing permits.<\/p>\n<p>The Kelantan menteri besar was of the opinion that the ministry should fine Harakah if the management had flouted any regulations and not reject its application for renewal.<\/p>\n<p>Harakah\u2019s permit expired on July 7.<\/p>\n<p>Two days earlier, the tabloid\u2019s acting chief editor Taufek Yahya was summoned to meet with eight ministry officials in Putrajaya.<\/p>\n<p>On July 8, the ministry issued Harakah a show-cause letter which its managing editor Kamaruddin Jaffar replied.<\/p>\n<p>Kamaruddin later said that Harakah would be published as usual while awaiting its permit\u2019s renewal.<\/p>\n<p>PKR however was not as lucky.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry has warned PKR not to publish Suara Keadilan because \u201cit was not satisfied\u201d with the party\u2019s explanation regarding its report on the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda).-FMT<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KOTA BARU: PAS spiritual leader Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat has urged all Pakatan Rakyat leaders and supporters to boycott the pro-Barisan Nasional mainstream media if\u00a0 the government declines to renew Suara Keadilan and Harakah\u2019s publishing permits. \u201cI hope Harakah\u2019s and Suara Keadilan permits are renewed.
