Pada sesi hari Isnin telah ditetapkan untuk mahkamah mendengar kenyataan saksi, tetapi hakim mengeluarkan keputusan sebelum sebarang kenyataan yang didengar. <\/p>\n
Dengan itu, Badie 71 tahun antara pemimpin tertinggi Ikhwan yang ditangkap dan dijatuhi hukuman ole pemerintah ‘Kudeta’ Mesir.<\/p>\n
Selain beliau adalah Essam al- Erian dan Mohamed al- Beltagy.<\/p>\n
Badie pada awalnya telah dijatuhkan hukuman mati, namun kemudian diringankan menjadi hukuman penjara seumur hidup.<\/p>\n
Pada bulan Mac, hukuman mati ke atas Badie mencetuskan bantahan antarabangsa apabila 529 orang penyokong Presiden Morsi penyokong turut menerima hukuman serupa. <\/p>\n
Hakim seterusnya mengekalkan 37 mereka terus menghadapi huuman mati meringankan yang lain untuk penjara seumur hidup. <\/p>\n
