Local artist Abby Abadi (pic) was shocked by allegations of domestic abuse made by her ex-husband Muhammad Noor Farhan Che Bakar Farhan on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Abby, whose real name is Arbaiyah Abd Manan, said that she was surprised by the claims and added that it was Muhammad\u2019s way of covering up the real situation.<\/p>\n
\u201cI do not have any witnesses. Only God knows what really happened.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am shocked to read his statement as I tried my best to cover up our marital issues from unrelated people,\u201d she said on her Instagram account on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Admitting that there were disagreements throughout her marriage, Abby however denied that the situation was as pictured by her ex-husband.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can read or listen to what he has to say but do not believe him.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is used to lying,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Muhammad had claimed that Abby physically and emotionally abused him when they were still married.<\/p>\n
According to him, the first incident happened in January when she bruised his face by throwing a bunch of keys at him.<\/p>\n
He added that the second incident happened on May 17, where Abby scratched his face and arms when he refused to discuss their divorce case, which he requested for via SMS.<\/p>\n
Abby and Muhammad were married in southern Thailand on July 9 last year.<\/p>\n
