{"id":20878,"date":"2014-03-09T20:43:05","date_gmt":"2014-03-09T12:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.buletinonline.net\/v7\/?p=20878"},"modified":"2014-03-09T22:13:57","modified_gmt":"2014-03-09T14:13:57","slug":"insiden-mh-370-kegagalan-pesawat-akibat-letupan-paling-munasabah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/insiden-mh-370-kegagalan-pesawat-akibat-letupan-paling-munasabah\/","title":{"rendered":"Insiden MH 370; Kegagalan Pesawat Akibat Letupan Paling Munasabah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar<\/p>\n<p>Pada pandangan saya, kegagalan kawalan keatas sesebuah pesawat terbang kebanyakannya disumbangkan oleh empat faktor penting, iaitu kegagalan manusia, struktur pesawat, avionik dan kegagalan enjin.<\/p>\n<p>Berkaitan struktur pesawat &#8211; tekanan struktur yang akan menyebabkan kegagalan, biasanya boleh dikesan lebih awal sekiranya proses penyelenggaraan, pembaikan dan baik pulih (MRO) adalah sebagaimana dalam rekod perkhidmatan.<a href=\"http:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tompok-minyak-mh370.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-20882 alignleft\" alt=\"tompok minyak mh370\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tompok-minyak-mh370-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Berkait dengan kegagalan struktur dalaman pesawat boleh juga diakibatka dari letupan dan bagi insiden MH370, situasi ini adalah yang paling munasabah sebab kegagalan panggilan kecemasan dari juruterbang menunjukkan seolah-olah ada sesuatu yang tidak berkenaan berlaku secara tiba-tiba.<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n<\/em><em>[Gambar &#8211; Kesan tumpahan minyak yang dijumpai di kawasan 100 batu nautika dari pantai Tok Bali yang disyaki milik pesawat MH370 yang dilaporkan hilang di perairan Laut China Selatan selepas bertolak kira-kira dua jam dari Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) pada awal pagi semalam.]<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\nSetakat ini kita tak tahu samada ada panggilan kecemasan dibuat atau tidak, kecualilah juga pada masa itu berlaku kegagalan avionik.<\/p>\n<p>Namun kegagalan avionik, biasanya kegagalan sistem komunikasi dalam pesawat amat jarang berlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau berlaku pun, dalam kedudukan ketinggian tersebut, pesawat masih boleh meluncur selama 30 minit, samada kembali ke Kota Bharu atau menuju pantai Vietnam.<a href=\"http:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tmp_IMG_20140309_213133357237863.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-20884 alignright\" alt=\"tmp_IMG_20140309_213133357237863\" src=\"https:\/\/buletinonline.net\/v7\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/tmp_IMG_20140309_213133357237863-300x161.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Manakala kegagalan enjin \u2013 sekiranya kepupusan bahan api pada kedududukan yang tinggi tersebut, pesawat masih boleh meluncur, kecuali berlaku letupan pada enjin pesawat.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kedudukan yang tinggi, sekiranya pesawat menjuman secara muncungya ke dalam laut, tekanan permukaan air akan menyebabkan pesawat berkecai pecah teruk dan sisa pecahan akan bertaburan.
