MARANG – [Lihat Video]<\/a> Kerajaan mendakwa GST yang akan dikenakan kepada rakyat mulai tahun hadapan adalah kerana mahu berlaku adil, sebaliknya tidak selaras dengan prinsip keadilan dalam Islam.<\/p>\n

Oleh sebab itu, kerajaan akan mengutip cukai kepada semua golongan tidak kira samada miskin atau kaya kerana kononnya mahu berlaku adil.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan, adil menurut Islam menurut Presiden PAS Datuk Seri Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang adalah meletakkan sesuatu kena pada tempatnya.<\/p>\n

\u201ckononya kerajaa nak berlaku adil. Biar semua rakyat kena cukai. Tidak ada rakyat yang tak kena cukai. Maka dikenakan cukai barangan, Cukai kerja, cukai perkhidmatan, dikenakan kepada orang kaya orang miskin, dia (kerajaan) kata adil. <\/p>\n

\u201cAdil mengikut Islam (adalah) meletakkan sesuatu kena pada tempatnya. Tempatnya orang yang mampu sahaja. Orang yang tak mampu tak dikenakan (cukai). Ini makna adil,\u201djelasnya.<\/p>\n

Beliau menegaskan GST adalah bercanggah dengan apa yang diatur oleh Allah S.W.T. dalam Islam, dimana hanya orang kaya saja kena zakat dan orang miskin tidak dikenakan zakat.<\/p>\n

\u201c (GST) bercanggah dengan apa yang diatur oleh Allah S.W.T. dalam Islam, orang kaya saja kena zakat. Orang miskin tak kena. Zakat kambing, perlu ada empat puluh ekor. Orang pelihara kambing seekor tak perlu bayar zakat. Dianggap masih miskin. Bila empat puluh ekor baru kita zakat. Lembu, tiga puluh ekor baru kena zakat. Kerbau, tiga puluh ekor, baru kena zakat. <\/p>\n

\u201cYang berniaga untung lija puluh ringgit, tak kena zakat. Ia kaedah Islam. Orang Islam yang tak sampai Nisab, tak masuk kedalam istilah kaya, tak kena zakat,\u201dujarnya<\/p>\n

Beliau berkata demikian ketika menyampaikan ucapan dalam majlis ceramah pasca Muktamar PAS yang dianjurkan oleh Dewan Pemuda PAS Negeri Terengganu di Rusila Jumaat malam, 13 Disember.<\/p>\n
