In fact, we also had gained when we were co-operating with the BN before we pulled out of the ruling coalition (at the Federal level) in 1978,\u201d he told reporters after delivering a talk at Maahad Tahfiz Tok Jiring in Kampung Tok Jiring here. <\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat had said PAS needed the DAP to secure support among non-Malays in the upcoming 13th general election. <\/p>\n<p>Asked to comment on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak\u2019s statement yesterday that the opposition\u2019s shadow Cabinet was just a ploy to confuse the people for political gain, Abdul Hadi said PAS did not need this (shadow Cabinet) to increase its political strength. \u2014 Bernama<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA TERENGGANU, Oct 13 \u2014 PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang today reiterated that the party had gained a lot through its partnership with the DAP.
