{"id":105125,"date":"2026-03-25T09:38:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T01:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/?p=105125"},"modified":"2026-03-25T09:38:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T01:38:33","slug":"menghadapi-cuaca-panas-melampau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletinonlines.net\/v7\/index.php\/menghadapi-cuaca-panas-melampau\/","title":{"rendered":"Menghadapi Cuaca Panas Melampau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Negeri Terengganu dijangka mengalami cuaca panas dan kering berterusan dengan kemuncaknya pada Mei depan.<\/p>\n<p>Pengarah Jabatan Meteorologi Malaysia (MetMalaysia) Terengganu, Rosli Zakaria, berkata setakat ini, suhu paling tinggi direkodkan Stesen Pencerapan Automatik ialah di FELDA Tenang, Besut iaitu 35.5 darjah Celsius dan di KETENGAH Bukit Besi, Dungun (34.6 darjah Celcius) pada 6 Mac lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Beliau berkata, rekod berkenaan bukan paling tinggi dalam sejarah namun jika dibandingkan purata suhu bulanan rekod yang dicatatkan pada tahun ini lebih tinggi daripada purata. Mengikut Pertubuhan Meteorologi Sedunia, kesan El Nino ini boleh berterusan sehingga Mei ini dan mempengaruhi corak cuaca termasuk di Terengganu.<\/p>\n<p>Sehubungan itu, rakyat negeri ini diingatkan supaya mengurangkan kegiatan di luar rumah dan bangunan, selain banyak minum air kosong. <\/p>\n<p>Orang ramai juga dinasihatkan tidak melakukan sebarang kegiatan yang boleh menyumbang kepada pembakaran terbuka, terutama di kawasan yang mudah terbakar termasuk tanah gambut. <\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengelak terdedah risiko mengalami kelesuan haba dan strok haba, orang ramai turut disarankan supaya kurangkan aktiviti yang terdedah terus kepada sinaran matahari, terutama pada suhu tinggi iaitu pada waktu tengah hari dan awal petang. <\/p>\n<p>Menghadapi cuaca panas melampau memerlukan langkah berjaga-jaga yang rapi bagi mengelakkan risiko komplikasi kesihatan serius seperti kelesuan haba dan strok haba. <\/p>\n<p>Berikut adalah panduan kesihatan utama berdasarkan saranan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) dan pakar perubatan:<\/p>\n<p>1. Kekalkan Hidrasi Tubuh<br \/>\nMinum air dengan kerap: Minum air kosong secukupnya (sekurang-kurangnya 8 gelas sehari) tanpa menunggu rasa dahaga.<br \/>\nElakkan minuman tertentu: Kurangkan pengambilan kafein, alkohol, dan minuman yang tinggi kandungan gula kerana ia boleh menyebabkan dehidrasi.<br \/>\nMinuman isotonik: Boleh diambil bagi menggantikan garam dan mineral yang hilang melalui peluh. <\/p>\n<p>2. Hadkan Aktiviti Luar<br \/>\nRancang jadual: Elakkan berada di bawah sinaran matahari terik, terutamanya antara jam 11 pagi hingga 4 petang.<br \/>\nBersenam pada waktu sesuai: Lakukan aktiviti fizikal atau senaman pada awal pagi atau lewat malam apabila suhu lebih rendah.<br \/>\nKerap berehat: Jika perlu bekerja di luar, pastikan anda mengambil waktu rehat yang kerap di tempat yang teduh atau berhawa dingin. <\/p>\n<p>3. Penjagaan Diri dan Pakaian<br \/>\nPakaian yang sesuai: Pakai pakaian yang ringan, longgar, dan berwarna cerah untuk membantu peredaran udara dan memantulkan haba. Gunakan pelindung: Pakai topi yang lebar atau gunakan payung apabila keluar rumah bagi mengurangkan pendedahan terus kepada matahari. Sejukkan badan: Kerap mandi atau gunakan tuala basah pada badan untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh secara semula jadi. <\/p>\n<p>4. Keselamatan Persekitaran<br \/>\nJangan tinggalkan sesiapa di dalam kereta: Jangan sekali-kali meninggalkan kanak-kanak, warga emas, atau haiwan peliharaan di dalam kenderaan yang tertutup, walaupun tingkap dibuka sedikit, kerana suhu dalam kereta boleh meningkat dengan mendadak.<br \/>\nPeredaran udara: Gunakan kipas angin atau pendingin hawa untuk mengekalkan suhu bilik yang selesa di dalam rumah. <\/p>\n<p>5. Kenali Tanda-tanda Awal Strok Haba<br \/>\nSegera dapatkan bantuan perubatan jika mengalami simptom berikut:<br \/>\ni.\tSakit kepala yang kuat.<br \/>\nii.\tKeletihan melampau atau pening lalat.<br \/>\niii.\tRasa mual atau muntah-muntah.<br \/>\niv.\tNadi berdenyut laju.<br \/>\nv.\tKulit menjadi kering dan panas (tiada peluh walaupun cuaca panas).<br \/>\nvi.\tKekejangan otot atau sawan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Negeri Terengganu dijangka mengalami cuaca panas dan kering berterusan dengan kemuncaknya pada Mei depan.
