M uirsyidul Am (MA) PAS Ustaz Hashim Jasin underwent a stenting procedure at Penang Hospital and is expected to remain warded for several more days.<\/p>\n
According to FMT, his daughter, Husna, said that her 87-year-old father’s heart was “very weak”.<\/p>\n
“He also needs to undergo dialysis as he has kidney problems,” she added.<\/p>\n
Husna said that, depending on his condition, Hashim would continue to be warded.<\/p>\n
“But if his condition stabilises, God willing, he will be allowed to return home,” she said.<\/p>\n
Earlier, Husna had revealed on TikTok that Hashim required a right femoral artery stenting procedure at the hospital. Prior to being transferred to Penang, he was treated at Hospital Tuanku Fauziah in Perlis.<\/p>\n
In a separate video, Husna said Hashim had repeatedly expressed a desire to return home and rest.<\/p>\n
Hashim’s official Facebook page and Pas Youth chief Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden have urged the public to pray for his recovery.<\/p>\n
