\u7eff\u8272\u96c6\u4f1a-<\/p>\nTidak syak lagi tauke-tauke lombong pergi ke bank dengan tersenyum lebar.\u00a0 Mereka tidak kisah tentang penduduk Raub, terutamanya dari Bukit Koman, yang hidup dalam kesengsaraan dan ketakutan.<\/p>\n
Ramai yang sihat sebelum ini telah jatuh sakit. Mereka mengadu akan kegatalan yang tak tertahan, ruam yang melampau\uff0cbatuk berterusan, dan simptom-simptom lain yang membimbangkan.\u00a0 Namun yang lebih memedihkan lagi adalah semua aduan dan rayuan yang dibawa ke pihak berkuasa tidak mendapat perhatian sewajarnya.\u00a0 Mereka tidak melakukan apa-apa untuk membuktikan yang kilang ini selamat. Kerajaan membenarkan kilang yang berkemungkinan besar pencemar ini beroperasi 24-7 tanpa henti. Pada masa yang sama, penduduk yang membantah ditekan dan diperbodohkan selama 3 tahun ini.<\/p>\n
Semua ini mesti dihentikan. Kami bukan memusuhi perniagaan yang memperolehi keuntungan. Cuma kilang emas ini beroperasi dengan cara tidak beretika dan telah mencemarkan persekitaran malah membahayakan kehidupan kita. Walau apapun rintangan yang perlu dilalui, kita mesti memperjuangkan hak kita untuk hidup sihat tanpa rasa takut.<\/p>\n
Marilah kita bersama-sama menyertai Himpunan Hijau Raub pada 2 Sept, 2012 2.00pm untuk berjuang menentang\u00a0 lombong emas kotor yang menggunakan cyanide. Bersama-sama kita berganding bahu untuk masa hadapan yang lebih hijau!<\/p>\n

More than 1000 days has passed since RAGM, the gold factory started making money by extracting dirty gold which use life-threatening cyanide compounds.\u00a0 No doubt the mine bosses are laughing to their banks.\u00a0 For they care not about the Raub residents, particularly those from Bukit Koman, who live in agony and fear.<\/p>\n
Previously healthy people are falling ill.\u00a0 Many testified to unbearable itchiness, severe rashes, persistent cough, and other worrying symptoms.\u00a0 Yet more painful is that complaints and appeals made to the authorities have fallen on deaf ears.\u00a0 They did nothing to prove that the mines are safe.\u00a0 The government allows this doubtful polluting factory to run 24-7 non-stop.\u00a0 On the other hand, objecting residents are ill-treated with harassments and misinformation for the last 3 years.<\/p>\n
All these have to stop. We are not against profit-making businesses.\u00a0 It just happened that this gold factory operates in a very unethical way that pollutes the environment and harms our life. Despite the odds, we must struggle for our rights to live a healthy life without fear.<\/p>\n
Let us gather for Himpunan Hijau Raub on Sept 2, 2012 at 2.00pm for the struggle against dirty, cyanide-using goldmines.\u00a0 Together we fight for a greener future!<\/p>\n
