The pact between Perikatan Nasional and Barisan Nasional in the Negri Sembilan election puts the interests of the people above all differences, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.
The PN chairman said this was demonstrated through the coalition’s supplementary offers, which were designed to complement the manifesto presented by BN for the state election.
Samsuri, who is also Pas vice-president and Terengganu Menteri Besar, said it is a joint effort between PN and BN to form a stable, trustworthy, and capable state government in Negri Sembilan.
In calling on the public to build new hope and create a brighter future for Negri Sembilan, he stressed that a manifesto is not merely a promise, but a trust that must be fulfilled.
“PN has presented 14 additional offers centred on six key areas, namely administration, youth and family, economy, welfare, education, and employment. Each commitment has been formulated realistically and responsibly, taking into account the state’s financial capacity and the actual needs of the people.
“This encompasses various aspects, ranging from the cost of living and housing to quality job opportunities, economic development, and the welfare of a multiracial and multi-religious society,” he said in a statement today.
Yesterday, PN launched 14 additional offers across six core pillars under the theme ‘PN Sepakat Hebatkan Negeri Sembilan’ ahead of the state election. The six pillars cover administration, youth, the economy, welfare, education, and employment.
