KUALA TERENGGANU, June 18 (Bernama) — The first meeting of the Terengganu State PAS Liaison Committee saw more youthful members appointed to its executive committee as part of its preparation for the next general election.
New Terengganu PAS Commissioner, Mohd Abdul Wahid Endut said the meeting also decided to appoint PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang as the advisor of the committee.
He said the three deputy commissioners appointed were Saiful Bahri Mamat, Muhyidin Abdul Rashid dan Dr Alias Razak (Bukit Tunggal State Assemblyman).
Mohd Abdul Wahid said Yahaya Ali would continue as secretary while M Shukrimun Shamsudin was appointed treasurer, Nik Muhammad Zawawi Salleh information chief and Ariffin Deraman election director.
