

Terengganu police CID chief, ACP K.Manoharan said the dead man was clad only in his underwear and bore a dragon tattoo on his left arm when he was found by the fishermen at about 12.30pm. They then contacted the Kuala Terengganu branch of the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA).
He said the decomposing body of the man, believed to be a foreigner, was brought to the MMEA base in Pulau Kambing before being sent to Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital, here.
The man is believed to have died two or three days ago and no personal document was found on him.
Manoharan said the hospital had obtained the man’s thumb print and blood sample to find out his identity.- BERNAMA
