IPOH: Gunung Semanggol assemblyman Mohd Zawawi Abu Hassan (pic) fell unconscious at his house in Kampung Tebuk Panchor, believed to be caused by high blood pressure.
Selinsing assemblyman Husin Din said Mohd Zawawi, 41, fell in the bathroom at about 10.30am Tuesday (Feb 13).
“He was rushed to the Taiping Hospital soon after his family member found him lying on the floor.
“I understand that he has been rushed to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh at about 3pm,” he said, adding that Mohd Zawawi is also the Perak PAS secretary.
“I was told he is still unconscious and the doctors are examining him,” he added.
