KUALA TERENGGANU, June 20 (Bernama) — Police found 20 small bottles of drugs hidden in the bra of two women in a raid at Kuala Terengganu City Council bus station here on Thursday.
Terengganu narcotic CID chief Supt Roslan Abdul Wahid said police seized the 83g of drugs worth RM28,000 from the two women, believed to be divorcees.
“We believe that the two women were drug traffickers and were waiting for customers when police pounced on them,” he told a press conference on Sunday.
Roslan said police also seized RM106 and 1,410 baht from the women whose last known addresses were in Kelantan and Kuala Lumpur.
The women 43 and 30 years-old respectively were said said to be good friends were beleived to be drug addicts.
Meanwhile, police yesterday detained a youth and seized 166 WY pills worth RM5,000 in a raid on a house in Kampung Petai Bubus, Manir.
